I am a fourth generation Pitmaster with over 58 years experience. For the last 25 years I've been delivering my SASSY Style of Custom Smoked Bar-B-Q Meats, Mouthwatering Sides and Delicious Desserts to clinics, hospitals, businesses, organizations and homes across Arkansas. I am bringing Mr. Mason's Pit Bar-B-Q back to the Central Arkansas area and once again offering my Award Winning Bar-B-Q and Smoked Meats. My Catering Company will be based out of Bryant, Arkansas and my home and corporate offices will continue to be in Little Rock. I have always offered the highest quality Bar-B-Q and Smoked Meats with Lagniappe (a little something extra), from my Louisiana roots.
